You'll provide personal care, support meals and dining, and communicate important changes in residents' conditions to the Health & Wellness team. This role is key to ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality, individualized care every day.What You'll DoFollow each resident's service plan in a friendly, respectful, and supportive mannerDocument changes in resident condition per company policy and state requirementsSupport Continuous Quality Improvement by identifying issues and communicating them to leadershipAdhere to all company policies and regulations including HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control guidelinesPromote a safe working environment and report unsafe actions immediatelyReport any suspected elder maltreatment or abuse according to policyCommunicate effectively with fellow Care Partners regarding resident needsAssist with meal service including serving, clearing, and dining room cleanlinessFoster teamwork, respect, and positive interactions with residents, families, and coworkersPerform other duties as assignedWhat We're Looking ForHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredAt least one year of caregiving or similar experienceFamiliarity with Microsoft Word and Excel preferredStrong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsAbility to communicate clearly in English and complete documentation accuratelyStrong organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detailAbility to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and show initiativeCompassion for and desire to work with older adultsAbility to meet health requirements including TB testingAbility to pass required fingerprinting, background checks, and screeningsCertifications as required by stateOccasional weekend, evening, or night shifts as needed for coverageOccasional travel may be requiredJoin Milestone to make a meaningful impact through compassionate care, teamwork, and resident-centered service.Milestone is an equal opportunity employer. xijylhu We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
