This role requires a strong understanding of automotive systems, advanced technical skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical issues.*Key Responsibilities:** Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on vehicles, including but not limited to engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, electrical systems, and HVAC systems.* Conduct routine vehicle maintenance, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.* Utilize specialized diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve mechanical issues.* Collaborate with service advisors and customers to explain needed repairs and service options.* Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and services provided.* Ensure that all work complies with safety and quality standards.* Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.* Mentor and assist junior technicians when needed.*Qualifications:** *Experience:* Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive repair, with a strong background in diagnostics and complex repairs.* *Certification:* ASE certification is required (Automotive Service Excellence). Manufacturer certifications are a plus.* *Skills:** Advanced knowledge of automotive systems, components, and repair techniques.* Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to work with modern diagnostic tools and equipment.* Ability to perform both mechanical and electrical repairs.* Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.* Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. xijylhu * *Physical Requirements:* Ability to lift heavy parts, bend, kneel, and work in various positions for extended periods of time.Job Type: Full-timePay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hourBenefits:* 401(k)* Health insuranceExperience:* Automotive service: 3 years (Required)License/Certification:* Driver's License (Required)* ASE Certification (Preferred)Work Location: In person
