A company truck and all required tools are provided for business use.About the RolePro Outdoor, headquartered in Lake St. Louis, is hiring a Master Plumber to lead plumbing and irrigation system operations across the St. Louis region. This senior-level role focuses on outdoor water systems, troubleshooting, design work, installations, seasonal operations, and mentoring field technicians.Because our work spans jurisdictions, the Master Plumber must be licensed in BOTH St. Louis County and the City of St. Louis and fully compliant with all associated plumbing codes and regulations.What You'll DoInterpret plumbing, irrigation, and site plansSelect appropriate piping, valves, fittings, and backflow devicesInstall underground piping, irrigation components, controllers, and sensorsConnect systems to water supply and perform pressure/flow testingConduct start-ups, shut-downs, and winterizationTroubleshoot leaks, breaks, clogs, pressure issues, valves, and controllersInspect systems for performance and water efficiencyRecommend upgrades and conservation improvementsMaintain service reports and as-built documentationPrepare labor and material estimatesTrain and oversee junior plumbers and irrigation techniciansEnsure adherence to plumbing codes, backflow standards, and water-use regulationsCoordinate with landscapers, electricians, site managers, and other tradesMaintain tools, inventory, and job readinessAdvise clients and internal teams on system maintenance and best practicesMust-Have QualificationsLicensed Master Plumber in St. Louis CountyLicensed Master Plumber in the City of St. Louis (required for compliance and permitting)Backflow Testing & Repair CertificationBlueprint and schematic reading proficiencyStrong knowledge of plumbing codes, water-use rules, and backflow regulationsExperience with irrigation plumbing or outdoor water systemsAbility to supervise field teams and maintain high safety and quality standardsPreferred QualificationsCertified Irrigation Contractor (CIC)Certified Landscape Irrigation Auditor (CLIA)Working ConditionsRegular outdoor work in varying weather conditionsFrequent standing, kneeling, climbing, and field movementManual dexterity for plumbing and irrigation toolsAbility to lift and move up to 25 lbsExposure to uneven terrain and outdoor jobsite conditionsEligibility RequirementsCandidates must be authorized to work in the United States and able to provide valid documentation. xijylhu Pro Outdoor is an Equal Opportunity Employer and welcomes applicants from all backgrounds.Benefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Company truck* Dental insurance* Disability insurance* Employee assistance program* Flexible schedule* Health insurance* Paid time off* Retirement plan* Vision insuranceWork Location: In person
