The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and metal fabrication, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. A GREAT Attitude, Dependability, Integrity and experience are paramount, as this role is critical to ensuring the structural integrity and quality of our products.*Job Responsibilities:** Ability to work independently with little to no supervision.* Clear understanding of welding and the effects of welding on sheet metal.* Ability to weld thin gauge steel & stainless steel sheet metal without warpage.* Lay out, position, and secure parts and assemblies according to specifications using appropriate tools and equipment.* Perform various welding techniques, using MIG , to assemble components and structures.* Inspect welded surfaces and structures to identify and correct defects. Including removing all BB's and imperfections.* Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and detailed drawings to plan and execute tasks accurately.* Ability to solve practical problems using reasoning and decision-making skills to ensure quality work* Demonstrate enthusiasm, takes initiative, and works with a sense of urgency to meet or exceed production and quality goals.* Operate overhead cranes, forklifts, saws, iron worker, shear and grinders all while maintaining a safe work environment.* Collaborate with team members to develop templates, fixtures, or other work aids to hold and align parts during assembly.* Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.* Operate as a team player, effectively communicating and working with production supervisor and others.* Good communication skills and great attitude. xijylhu *Compensation:*Competitive pay.Pay checks Thursday, direct deposit, and offer a competitive benefits package: Medical, Dental, Vision, Simple IRA, Vacation, Holiday Pay, etc.At a minimum, background check, employment verification, and a drug screen will be conducted upon hire.
