Candidates *must have professional grooming experience* in a salon or mobile setting. Bathing or grooming pets at home does *not qualify*. Applications without verifiable expertise on the resume will be automatically rejected.*About the Role*We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mobile Dog Groomer to provide exceptional grooming services directly at our clients' homes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, values high standards of care, and thrives in a fast-paced, on-the-go environment. You'll work from a fully equipped grooming van and be supported by a pet-loving team.*You're a Great Fit If You:** Are reliable, independent, and self-motivated* Can confidently handle dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments* Communicate professionally with pet parents and set expectations clearly* Keep your grooming van clean, organized, and fully stocked* Can complete 5-7 high-quality grooms per day* Manage your schedule and route with minimal oversight* Understand pricing, waivers, and how to promote additional services* Are comfortable driving a large vehicle and handling basic maintenance needs* Must be open and available to work Friday through Tuesday*A Typical Day Includes:**Morning Start:** Review route and confirm appointments* Inspect the van, stock supplies, check equipment, water tanks, and generator*On the Road:** Drive between appointments (10-30 minutes apart)* Park safely, greet the client, confirm services, and perform a quick coat and health check* Groom, sanitize in between appointments, and process payments* Upsell add-ons or note rebooking opportunities*End of Day:** Dump grey water and restock supplies* Clean and sanitize the van and equipment* Log mileage xijylhu and any maintenance notes*Pay & Benefits** 30% commission or $/hour, whichever is greater* Tips from loyal and appreciative clientele* Medical, dental, and vision insurance* Paid time off (PTO)* Employee discount on all services and retail* 401(k) retirement planJob Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 per hourExpected hours: No more than 40 per weekBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Employee discount* Health insurance* Paid time off* Professional development assistance* Vision insuranceExperience:* Pet grooming: 2 years (Required)Ability to Commute:* Marysville, WA 98270 (Required)Work Location: On the road
