We pride ourselves on honest work, quality service, and treating both customers and employees like family.*Job Description*We are looking for a dependable and motivated *Small Engine Mechanic* to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience diagnosing and repairing outdoor power equipment and enjoys hands-on mechanical work in a friendly, small-shop environment.*Responsibilities** Setup new equipment as needed by the sales team.* Diagnose, repair, and maintain small engines and outdoor power equipment* Service lawn mowers, small tractors, trimmers, blowers, and similar equipment* Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, tune-ups, blade sharpening, etc.)* Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues* Maintain a clean and organized work area* Communicate clearly with customers and team members*Qualifications** Experience working on small engines or related mechanical equipment* Knowledge of 2-cycle and 4-cycle engines* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently* Small engine certification is a plus, but not required* Must have your own tools*What We Offer** Friendly, family-oriented work environment* Steady work with 5-day work week* PTO as well as 8 paid holidays xijylhu each year* Opportunity to grow with a local, established business* Vision, Dental, & Health care as well as 401k with 3% match*How to Apply*Apply in person at *3675 Sandy Lake Rd.
