We are a welcoming group looking for someone who fits well on our team.*The Candidate*We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced associate immigration attorney with 3 to 5 years' experience specifically in removal defense to join our team. This position demands creative strategizing and the ability to adapt to the ever-changing world of immigration court practice. Primary responsibilities will include independently handling a removal defense case load including meeting with clients and working with paralegals and administrative staff to prepare pleadings, brief writing and in-depth knowledge of 4th Circuit specific case law.*The Position*A minimum of three to five years' experience in removal defense is required.*Salary range:*Starting at $95,000. Commensurate with experience.Prefer candidates that will work in-person in our Richmond, Virginia office but open to remote working from the greater DC area combined with consistent, weekly time in-person in the Richmond office.We offer comprehensive benefits including healthcare, retirement plan, and a strong emphasis on work-life balance.
