FULL-TIME ELECTRICAL SERVICE TECHNICIANBefore applying for this role, please read the following information about this opportunity found below.The Electrical Service Technician will travel to customer locations and install andservice parts and equipment for dairy customers. Often performs several tasks within asingle call and handles all aspects of the installation process as well as troubleshootingand repairing malfunctioning dairy equipment to the satisfaction of the customer andrequiring a minimum of callbacks. Reporting to the Field Service Manager, you will utilize your core skills in mechanical knowledge and electrical experience to troubleshoot and resolve issues.* Comply with Company processes and procedures* Comply with inventory control measures such as checkingparts out to a job AND checking the unused parts backinto our system when done* Troubleshoot and repair broken and/or malfunctioningdairy equipment on-farm* Recommend repair parts and equipment to the customer* Install new and used equipment/parts by followingestablished processes and procedures* Review parts and equipment customer is using andrefer to Sales people for updating and replacing saidequipment* Ensure each installation is consistently excellent andmeets Fuller's standard and that of the customer* Complete and submit all required paperwork daily forbillable hours* Included in emergency (on-call) service on a rotationalschedule with other technicians* Able to engage in continuing education as needed* Maintain a clean and well-kept work truck provided by theCompany* Maintain an accurate inventory of tools and parts on theCompany-provided work truck* Use testing equipment to identify electrical problems andrepair or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures.* Follow state and local building regulations based on theNational Electrical Code.* Other requirements may include: A thoroughunderstanding of dairy milking equipment operation,installation and repair is required. xijylhu Must know how tooperate a forklift, lift heavy equipment and ability to weldis a plus.Benefits include Vacation, Health Insurance, 401K, Vision and DentalJob Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 - 45 per weekBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Tuition reimbursement* Vision insuranceWork Location: In person
