The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and a passion for motorcycles and powersports vehicles. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.*Duties** Perform routine maintenance and repairs on motorcycles and powersports vehicles, including brake repair, suspension work, and assembly tasks.* Utilize automotive diagnostics to identify issues and provide effective solutions.* Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and functionality.* Use hand tools and power tools effectively for repairs and maintenance tasks.* Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.* Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow efficiency and maintain a clean working environment.* Test ride repaired vehicles.*Experience** Previous dealership experience is highly desirable.* American V-Twin experience* Proven service technician experience in the powersports industry.* Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance and repair.* Familiarity with automotive diagnostics, soldering, welding, and heavy lifting is essential.* Ability to work with various tools, including hand tools and power tools.* Must own your own tools. xijylhu * M endorsement is a plus.Job Type: Full-timePay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hourBenefits:* Employee discount* Flexible schedule* Paid time offAbility to Commute:* Big Bend, WI 53103 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Big Bend, WI 53103: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
