Monthly PRODUCTION bonuses that increase your take home· Medical, dental, and vision coverage· Paid vacation, sick leave "” and even your birthday off!· 401(k) with matching· Disability coverage (short & long term)· Paid manufacturer training· Opportunities for growth and advancement· Employee discounts· Fair, unbiased dispatching system· Renewal support for Safety Check Licensing*What You'll Do:*· Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles· Perform inspections and recommend repairs· Use advanced diagnostic tools for systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, and more· Complete routine maintenance: oil changes, tire rotations, brake services, fluid checks· Work closely with service advisors to ensure top customer service· Accurately document findings and repairs in CDK· Follow all safety protocols and stay up to date on new technology*What We're Looking For:*· High school diploma or equivalent· ASE certifications Required (For Journeyman considerations)· Mechanics License Required(if yours expired don't worry!
