We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated, skilled maintenance technician to join our team to assist in performing essential upkeeping tasks for a small apartment community in Alma WI. In this position, you will be responsible for a wide variety of activities such as, but are not limited to, repairs, make readies and grounds work, snow removal to ensure that our facilities are both clean and well maintained. Must be a team player, be reliable and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail is essential in this job. The ideal candidate will preferably have previous maintenance work experience and technical knowledge. You should have the manual dexterity and physical stamina necessary for this work.
