The RN will oversee resident care, coordinate clinical services, support staff development, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards. Now offering a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for qualified RNs.Key Responsibilities* Provide and oversee direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders* Assess resident conditions and initiate appropriate nursing interventions* Administer medications and treatments per established protocols* Supervise, mentor, and support LPNs and CNAs* Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams* Ensure accurate documentation and timely charting* Assist with admissions, discharges, and care transitions* Respond to emergencies and changes in resident condition* Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulationsQualifications* Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Arkansas* Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills* Excellent communication and critical-thinking abilities* Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred* Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidaysWhy Live & Work in Springdale, Arkansas?
