*The Opportunity*To be considered for an interview, please make sure your application is full in line with the job specs as found below.A well-established, high-volume plaintiff-side law firm is seeking an experienced Intake Attorney to evaluate potential matters and guide prospective clients through the intake process. This role is highly client-facing and combines legal analysis with consultative sales skills.*Key Responsibilities** Assess the viability of potential personal injury and employment matters* Effectively communicate the firm's capabilities while managing client expectations* Build trust with prospective clients and secure signed retainer agreements* Address client questions regarding case progression, including availability during evenings and weekends as needed* Travel to meet prospective clients and complete sign-ups when required* Guide clients step-by-step through the intake process with empathy and professionalism*Qualifications** Minimum of two years' experience on the plaintiff side in personal injury and/or employment law* Active member of the California State Bar in good standing* Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred* Proven ability to close and convert prospective clients* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to balance empathy and persuasion xijylhu * Solid understanding of pre-litigation and litigation processes in PI and employment matters* Ability to commute to a Los Angeles-area office at least three days per week*Compensation** $130,000-$250,000 annually, commensurate with experience* Additional performance-based incentivesJob Type: Full-timePay: $130,000.00 - $250,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
