Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care to our residents. The LPN works collaboratively with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care. $10,000 Sign-On Bonus available for qualified LPNs. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly Document care, treatments, and observations in the medical record Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges Supervise and support CNAs in daily care activities Respond to resident needs and emergencies Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations Qualifications Active Arkansas LPN license Strong clinical and organizational skills Compassionate, resident-focused mindset Long-term care experience preferred but not required Flexible availability (weekends/holidays as needed) Why Fayetteville?
