This role is responsible for managing all aspects of electrical projects"”from initial sale through final closeout"”and serving as the in-house electrical expert for both Elite ICT field staff and clients. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with project coordination, leadership, and customer-facing skills.---*Key Responsibilities:** Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in compliance with applicable codes and standards.* Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to develop accurate pricing, scopes of work, and finalized client quotes.* Inspect electrical systems, components, and equipment to identify hazards, defects, and required adjustments or repairs.* Test electrical systems and circuit continuity using appropriate testing devices to ensure safety and functionality.* Plan layouts and oversee installation of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.* Assist with procurement, staging, and coordination of materials required for electrical projects.* Supervise new installations and provide direction, training, and guidance to crew members to ensure work quality, safety, and efficiency.* Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and exceed Elite ICT and client expectations.* Collaborate with clients, power companies, vendors, and subcontractors on electrical design, feasibility, and execution.* Ensure compliance with all applicable electrical codes, regulations, and permitting requirements.* Support all phases of project delivery, including pre-construction planning, negotiations, crew recruitment and management, financial reporting, and project closeout.* Work independently or as part of a team on both new construction and maintenance projects.* Follow all Elite ICT and OSHA safety policies and procedures at all times.* Perform other duties as assigned.---*Required Qualifications:** High school diploma or GED* 5-7 years of hands-on experience in electrical installation and repair* Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment* Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)* Ability to work in confined spaces, at heights, and in varying weather conditions* Proven experience developing competitive and profitable bids, including labor, materials, and overhead, with the ability to analyze project financials, track costs, and maintain budget control throughout the project lifecycle. xijylhu * Advanced understanding of project financials, including estimating, bidding, cost tracking, forecasting, and profitability analysis, with accountability for financial outcomes from bid award through project closeout.* Valid driver's license*Preferred Qualifications:** Valid electrician license or certification (as required by state or local regulations) or the ability to obtain such licenses, as needed* Completion of a formal electrician training program or apprenticeship* Experience with telecommunications or ICT-related electrical projects--*Physical Requirements:** Ability to lift up to 50 pounds* Ability to stand, bend, climb ladders, and work in physically demanding environments for extended periods--*Compensation and Benefits:** Salary range from $75,000.00 - $135,000.00 with bonus opportunities* Health, dental, and vision insurance* Life insurance* Short-term and long-term disability insurance* Paid time off and paid holidays* 401(k) retirement planJob Type: Full-timePay: $75,000.00 - $135,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceWork Location: On the road
