As a Licensed Master Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems while ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and building codes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical knowledge, construction experience, and leadership skills in a dynamic environment committed to excellence.*Duties** Lead plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance projects on construction sites, ensuring adherence to blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.* Read and interpret detailed construction drawings, schematics, and blueprints to accurately execute plumbing layouts.* Perform pipe threading, welding, pipe fitting, and assembly tasks using hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques.* Conduct construction estimating for plumbing components and labor costs to support project planning and budgeting.* Supervise and coordinate with team members on-site to ensure safety protocols are followed during heavy lifting, scaffolding setup, and other construction activities.* Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues related to HVAC systems, piping systems, or remodeling projects.* Maintain detailed records of work performed, inspections conducted, and materials used; communicate progress regularly with project managers.* Ensure compliance with all local building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations throughout every phase of the project.* Assist with field service tasks such as pipe replacement or repairs in existing structures; respond promptly to urgent maintenance needs.* Support the training of apprentices or junior team members in construction plumbing techniques and safety procedures.*Qualifications** Valid state-issued Master Plumber license with active certification demonstrating advanced plumbing expertise.* Extensive experience in construction plumbing within commercial or industrial environments; familiarity with remodeling projects is a plus.* Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and mechanical systems integration.* Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, pipe threading machines, and other relevant construction tools.* Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining precision during installation or repairs.* Basic math skills for measurements, calculations related to pipe sizing or material estimates.* Experience with HVAC systems installation or maintenance is preferred but not required.* Knowledge of construction estimating processes including material take-offs and labor costs.* Excellent problem-solving skills combined with effective communication abilities on-site.* Valid driver's license suitable for commercial driving; experience operating large vehicles or service trucks is advantageous.
