This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate attorney who thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment and is ready to make a meaningful impact in clients' lives.*Key Responsibilities** Represent clients in *removal defense matters*, including immigration court hearings and appeals.* Manage a *varied immigration caseload*, including but not limited to asylum, cancellation of removal, adjustment of status, waivers, and related relief.* Conduct client consultations and maintain regular, clear communication with clients in both English and Spanish.* Prepare legal briefs, motions, and other filings with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.* Work collaboratively with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure the highest standard of legal services.* Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to the firm's growth and culture.*Qualifications** *Active U.S. law license* (any state).* *Fluent in Spanish* (required).* *Experience in removal defense*.* Must be able to *work in person* at our Richmond, VA office.* Positive attitude, *enthusiastic work ethic*, and commitment to client-centered advocacy.*Compensation & Benefits** *Starting rate at $105,000 annual salary, could be higher depending on experience** *Quarterly profit sharing*.* *Health, vision, and dental insurance - 100% employer-paid*.* *401(k) with 4% employer match* (eligible after 12 months of service).* *5 weeks paid time off*, plus some paid federal holidays.* *12 weeks paid parental leave*.* *Bar membership and CLEs covered*.* *Free on-site parking.** *Relocation assistance up to $5,000*, based on distance and expenses.*Location** *Current Office:* 4050 Innslake Drive, Suite 190, Glen Allen, VA 23060* *Future Headquarters (2026):* 12870 Patterson Ave, Richmond, VA 23238If you're excited to join a values-driven, growth-oriented firm and make a meaningful impact in the lives of immigrants and their families, we'd love to connect with you.
