The Licensed Fire Protection Engineer will play a vital role in the design and implementation of fire protection systems and processes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about fire safety and has a track record of providing expert engineering solutions.*Licensed Fire Protection Engineer Responsibilities & Duties *Design fire protection systems, including sprinkler systems, fire alarms, and fire suppression systems.Collaborate with other engineering and construction professionals to integrate fire protection systems into building designs.Stay current with the latest advancements in fire protection engineering and incorporate new technologies and techniques into designs and systems.*Licensed Fire Protection Engineer Qualifications & Skills*Bachelor's degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field required, Master's degree preferred.Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in fire protection engineering and design.Familiarity with NFPA codes and standards.Professional Engineering (PE) license in Fire Protection.Experience with fire modeling and simulation software.Strong project management and organizational skills.Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.Membership in professional organizations such as the Society of Fire Protection Engineers (SFPE).Strong knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations, including NFPA, IBC, and OSHA.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and building owners.Commitment to providing expert engineering solutions to ensure the safety and security of facilities. xijylhu Willingness to participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities.Job Type: Full-timePay: $90,000.00 - $135,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Flexible schedule* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Professional development assistance* Relocation assistance* Vision insuranceWork Location: In person
