The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hair styling and beauty, with the ability to provide exceptional service to our clients. As a Senior Hair Stylist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall client experience while mentoring junior stylists and contributing to the growth of the salon.*Responsibilities** Provide high-quality hair styling services, including cutting, coloring, and styling hair to meet client preferences.* Perform specialized services such as multi-dimensional Balayage color services to fusion human hair extensions.* Ensure all tools and workstations are properly sanitized and maintained according to health and safety standards.* Utilize salon software (such as Envision) for scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing payments.* Assist in store management tasks, including inventory control and retail math for product sales.* Mentor junior stylists by sharing techniques, providing feedback, and fostering a collaborative work environment.* Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and beauty treatments to offer clients innovative options.* Provide hair care services as needed, ensuring a comprehensive beauty experience for clients.*Experience** Proven experience as a Sr Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio of clients showcasing your skills in various hair techniques.* Proficiency in specialized services such as human hair extensions, color techniques, and precision hair cutting care is preferred.* Familiarity with salon management software (experience with ENVISION is a plus).* Strong understanding of sanitation practices within the salon environment.* Experience in mentoring or training junior staff is highly desirable.* Knowledge of retail math to assist in product sales and inventory management is beneficial.* Barbering skills are an advantage but not mandatory.Join us in creating beautiful transformations while delivering outstanding customer service!Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $50,812.00 - $188,064.00 per yearExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:* Continuing education credits* Employee discount* Flexible schedule* Free parking* Opportunities for advancement* Paid time off* Paid trainingApplication Question(s):* How many years experience cutting and coloring son you have? xijylhu * Do you have an existing book of clients locally or seasonal that will be following you?
