We are currently seeking an associate attorney with *4-6 years of insurance defense experience*. A high volume of applicants is expected for the role as detailed below, do not wait to send your CV.*Key Responsibilities** This role is for a docket handling lawyer who can handle all aspects of defense litigation from answer to jury verdict* Drafting pleadings, motions, and other court-related documents* Reporting effectively, timely, and professionally to clients* Sending and responding to discovery, including coordination with clients to obtain relevant responsive documents and information* Conducting legal research on a variety of issues relevant to insurance defense litigation* Preparing for and attending depositions, hearings, site inspections, and mediations* Active participation in all aspects of litigation managementCompetitive salary, annual performance-based raises, year-end discretionary bonus, and benefits package offered. 1920-hour billing requirement.
