*Design Engineer Job Responsibilities:*While professional experience and qualifications are key for this role, make sure to check you have the preferable soft skills before applying if required.* *Research, Develop, and Test new product innovations in the Archery and Outdoor Category. ** *Generates Engineering Drawings and Specifications to manufacture premium outdoor equipment ** *Develop, Test, and Validate designs and concepts, including preparing new products for delivery to manufacturing. ** *Plans, organizes, and executes conceptual and detail design work to support new product introductions, or adjustments to existing product lines. ** *Utilizes a creative development process to conceptualize new ideas ** *Develops products to the highest standard of performance, cost effectiveness, and manufacturability. ** *Generates Design documentation, prints, Bill of Materials for release to manufacturing. ** *Manages time and resources effectively, including completing multiple projects simultaneously ** *Ability to clearly communicate technical information to a Non-technical group ** *Manages projects, tracks status, resolves issues, and delivers products that achieve or exceed project requirements for performance, budget, and time. ** *Prepares technical documents (test reports, specifications) ** *Evaluates and approves design changes, specifications and drawing releases. ** *Develops validation plan for new products and completes testing on prototypes and production parts. ** *Review product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards and customer contract requirements, and related specifications. ** *Coordinate activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling and resolving engineering design and test problems. ** *Analyzes and validates designs using FEA software. xijylhu *Job Type: Full-timePay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Employee discount* Health insurance* Health savings account* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceApplication Question(s):* How many years of archery experience?Ability to Commute:* Rochester, NY (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Rochester, NY: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
