You must be open to learn new things, deal with challenging situations, have experience providing customer service, and have the ability to work with insurance companies on a daily basis.*Responsibilities:** Greet each customer in the process of getting a vehicle repaired* Make every effort to satisfy the customer's needs in regards to their automotive repair* Schedule customer appointments* Make a customer feel comfortable and welcome during the sales and estimate process* Examines damaged vehicles to determine extent of structural, body, mechanical or interior damage* Prepare all damage reports in an accurate and efficient manner* Negotiate an agreed price on every job prior to processing the job* Order parts associated with each job* Track daily progress of jobs in process* Prepare and review all final bills and supplemental billings prior to delivery of the vehicle.*Requirements:** Must have a valid driver's license and have/maintain an acceptable, safe driving record and safe driving habits in order to drive both customer vehicles and dealership vehicles.* 2 Years of Body Shop Experience or Service Advisor experience required.* Excellent communications skills* Must be a team player with impeccable honesty and integrity*We Offer:** Great opportunity to join a proactive, customer-focused company.* Excellent benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and Paid Vacations. xijylhu * World class training and development program and much more!Job Type: Full-timePay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Employee discount* Health insurance* Paid time off* Referral program* Vision insuranceExperience:* Auto estimating: 1 year (Required)Language:* Spanish (Preferred)Ability to Commute:* Watertown, CT (Required)Work Location: Multiple locations
