We are dedicated to upholding the highest standards of Excellence and Justice and are united in our commitment to achieve the best outcome for our clients.You will work side by side on a team of dynamic, collaborative, and client-focused professionals who are committed to delivering on our founding core values: Excellence, Teamwork, and Integrity.The OpportunityAs our Supervising Attorney in our Personal Injury Pre-Litigation department, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of attorneys and case managers in the fight to earn the largest wrongful death, TBI, catastrophic injury, and major orthopedic settlements achievable.Accountable forManage a significant caseload and a team of Case Managers.Provide informative and compassionate client service.Collaborate with multiple departments, including Property Damage, Case Management, Demands/Negotiation, and Liens.Communicate daily with clients regarding legal strategy and treatment plans.Analyze fact patterns to help clear coverage and establish liability.QualificationsLicensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.At least 2 years of experience in Personal Injury law.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Ability to supervise and provide guidance and counsel.Experience settling cases in the pre-litigation stage.Spanish fluency is a plus.Compensation$130,000 - $220,000 depending on experience, plus performance-based incentives,BenefitsPaid time off and paid holidaysOpportunities for growth and advancementTeam outings and sponsored eventsEmployee referral bonus programsFirm-paid Medical HMO with affordable upgradesFirm-paid Life and AD&D insuranceLow-cost Dental and Vision plans401kFSA (Flexible Spending Account)EAP (Employee Assistance Program)Pet InsuranceStrive for Excellence.
