The maintenance technician handles a wide variety of tasks involved with general building/home maintenance, work orders, repair, and improvement projects as well as ongoing preventative maintenance tasks.Candidates should have demonstrable skills and knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and other areas of building and grounds maintenance and the ability to perform in variable weather conditions.
