- Handle full-time rotating family law case load (from initial client consultation to entry of Judgment) with expectation of carrying a minimum of 25 active cases and meeting minimum billable hour requirementsApplying for this role is straight forward Scroll down and click on Apply to be considered for this position.-Competent with Oregon Rules of Evidence, Courtroom Procedures, and General Litigation Practice (hearings, arbitrations, trials, administrative support proceedings, juvenile court matters)-Proficient in issue-spotting and problem solving strategies with clients-Draft legal pleadings and memoranda with accuracy-Work in tandem with support staff to complete discovery and meet deadlines-Must be able to frequently communicate with clients and meet client expectations on case progress and updates-Retain and manage case experts as needed-Engage in persuasive advocacy in private and court settlement conferences-Maintain professional relationships with court and court staff at all times-Collaborate on and/or co-counsel complex cases with Senior xijylhu AttorneyPay: $65,576.60 - $230,000.00 per yearBenefits:* Health insurance* Paid time off* Professional development assistance* Retirement planExperience:* trial: 5 years (Required)License/Certification:* Oregon State Bar License (Required)Work Location: In person
