Our firm practices in the areas of general business litigation, chancery litigation, shareholder and partnership disputes, debtor/creditor disputes, real estate litigation, arbitration and mediation, and personal injury litigation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling complex commercial disputes, excellent analytical skills, and a strong commitment to client service.If you are considering sending an application, make sure to hit the apply button below after reading through the entire description.Key Responsibilities:- Represent clients in commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract, business torts, and other complex commercial disputes.- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.- Manage all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, trial preparation, and trial.- Provide strategic legal advice to clients and develop effective case strategies.- Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.Requirements:- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.- Admission to the NY an NJ Bar and in good standing.- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.- Excellent oral advocacy and negotiation skills.- Ability to manage multiple cases and work effectively under pressure. xijylhu - Strong client communication and interpersonal skills.Job Type: Full-timePay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time offAbility to Commute:* Woodbridge, NJ 07095 (Preferred)Work Location: In person
