We specialize in heating, air conditioning, and service repairs for both commercial and residential clients. We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Technician or installer. The ideal candidate will be skilled in all aspects of HVAC maintenance, repair, and installation but is not required.Candidates must be dedicated to providing top-notch customer service and demonstrate a strong work ethic. Join us and be a valuable part of our expert team!*Responsibilities** Perform diagnostic assessments and repairs on heating and air conditioning systems for residential and commercial clients.* Conduct routine maintenance and system tune-ups to ensure optimal HVAC performance.* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HVAC equipment, including thermostats, air ducts, and ventilation systems.* Install new heating and cooling systems in both residential and commercial properties, ensuring efficiency and proper functionality.* Educate customers on repair procedures, provide maintenance recommendations, and address concerns regarding their HVAC systems.* Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used for invoicing and documentation.* Follow all safety protocols and industry regulations to ensure a secure working environment.* Stay informed on industry advancements, best practices, and updated HVAC servicing techniques.* Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly responding to service requests, addressing inquiries, and maintaining a professional demeanor.* Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow and ensure timely completion of service calls.* Perform additional duties as assigned.*Requirements** Minimum of five years of experience in residential and commercial HVAC service and repair.* Possession of a valid Journeyman License for HVAC from the State of Iowa.* Strong proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating and cooling systems.* Thorough knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting techniques, and repair procedures.* Ability to work independently and efficiently while managing multiple service calls.* Excellent customer service skills with strong communication and professionalism.* Attention to detail and accuracy in diagnostic assessments, repairs, and maintenance tasks.* Commitment to safety regulations and protocols when handling HVAC equipment.* Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or on-call shifts as required.* Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.* Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions.* Willingness to participate in continued education and training on industry advancements.* High school diploma or equivalent; additional HVAC certifications are a plus.*Other Employment Considerations** Employment may be terminated at any time.* Scheduled time off requests should be submitted as early as possible. xijylhu * Considerations for pay increases are contingent on successful task completion and/or 90 days of employment, with annual reviews thereafter.Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hourBenefits:* Health insurance* Paid time off* Retirement planWork Location: In person
