This role plays a key part in our continuous improvement culture, driving excellence in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost while delivering measurable value to our customers.We offer on-the-job training in high-velocity oil flushing processes, clear technical progression opportunities, company uniforms, a company phone, per diem, paid travel time, and a boot allowance.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesIn addition to the duties outlined below, team members may be asked to perform other tasks as needed. Responsibilities may vary based on location and operational needs.Lead small projects and manage one-person jobs with minimal supervisionMentor and support less experienced technicians in the fieldPerform diagnostic data collection, including lubricant and vibration analysisFollow all safety requirements, including PPE, JHA/JSA, Lockout/Tagout, work permitting, and near-miss reportingAttend daily safety and production meetingsSubmit required documentation and paperwork promptly and accuratelyRead and interpret P&IDs and understand process flow in refineries and plantsOperate oil transfer pumps, filtration equipment, and related systemsPerform visual inspections and repairs on oil distribution piping, hoses, and equipmentRecord gauge readings and LCD display valuesRoute piping and bend tubing as directed by lead personnelClean, lubricate, and maintain equipmentLoad and unload materials using electric dolliesTroubleshoot and repair equipment on-siteCommunicate methodologies with internal and external stakeholdersReview procedures prior to job executionSupport Lean initiatives and continuous improvement effortsPerform other job-related duties as assignedAdditional Responsibilities (Clarus Technicians Only)Understand naval vessel operations, equipment, and layoutsRecord scheduled gauge and log readings accuratelyRoute flushing hoses as directed by lead personnelKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesWillingness to travel up to 75% (domestic and international) and work away from homeMinimum 3 years of technician experience in a related fieldValid driver's license with a good driving record (CDL Class A preferred)Ability to safely operate truck and trailerMechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools and safety equipmentBasic proficiency in Microsoft Office productsAuthorization to work in the United StatesAbility to obtain a U.S. passportAbility to pass periodic drug screenings (including hair follicle), background checks, and clearance requirementsAt RelaDyne, you'll find more than just a job-you'll discover a career with a company that values people, teamwork, and growth.Apply today and join the team driving the future of reliability.Safety-Sensitive Position Notice:This position is designated as safety sensitive.
