*Job Summary*If you are considering sending an application, make sure to hit the apply button below after reading through the entire description.The Drury Lane Events Assistant is an entry-level position and is responsible for effectively selling and supporting private dining events, in partnership with the Event Managers, while exceeding customer expectations and maximizing facility revenue.*Job Responsibilities:*The Catering & Events Assistant is accountable for representing Drury Lane Theatre and Conference Center to the highest standard. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Booking functions and office administration. This includes, but is not limited to; Responding to event inquiries, performing initial walkthroughs, generating contracts, answering client questions in a timely manner, booking functions* Effectively communicating details and expectations to all departments within the organization to ensure a seamless event from start to finish* Recognizing opportunities to maximize revenue by up-selling and offering enhancements to create outstanding events* Office Admin duties may vary on day to day business needs.*Job Requirements* :The ideal Catering and Events Admin candidate will have at least one year of experience in sales.
