The PA will work collaboratively with our orthopedic surgeons and medical staff to provide exceptional care to patients with musculoskeletal conditions. The role involves clinical assessment, pre- and post-operative care, surgical first assist, and orthopedic injuries and disorders management.Key Responsibilities: Clinical Duties:Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including history and physical examinations.Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as X-rays, MRIs, and CT scans.Diagnose and develop treatment plans for a wide range of orthopedic conditions.Perform joint injections, trigger point injections, and PRP injections.Provide patient education on treatment plans, procedures, rehabilitation, and recovery.Administrative & Collaborative Duties:Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in EMR systems.Collaborate with physical therapists, radiologists, and primary care providers.Qualifications:Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.Current certification by the NCCPA.Valid and unrestricted state PA license.BLS and ACLS certification required; ATLS preferred.Minimum 1?2 years of orthopedic experience preferred (new grads with strong surgical rotations may be considered).Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Skills:Experience with EMR systems.Proficiency in joint injections. xijylhu Familiarity with sports medicine, trauma, or total joint surgery a plus.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $70.00 - $85.00 per hourExpected hours: No less than 24 per weekBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceWork Location: In person
