We have technicians making 100K a year, endless opportunities with continued career growth!Scroll down the page to see all associated job requirements, and any responsibilities successful candidates can expect.Job Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.- Diagnose and repair HVAC system malfunctions and inefficiencies.- Install new HVAC systems and components, including ductwork, wiring, and controls.- Ensure compliance with all applicable standards, codes, and regulations.- Provide customers with detailed reports on system conditions and suggested maintenance or repairs.- Respond promptly to emergency repair requests and service calls.- Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used.- Collaborate with team members and other departments to complete projects efficiently.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry advancements and HVAC technologies.- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines during service and repair activities.- Use specialized tools and equipment to troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems.- Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues and propose solutions.- Manage inventory and order parts as needed to ensure timely repairs and installations. xijylhu - Provide training and guidance to junior technicians or apprentices when necessary.Job Requirements- High school diploma or GED- HVAC certification or diploma from an accredited trade school- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical diagrams- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units- Ability to diagnose and resolve HVAC issues efficiently- Familiarity with local HVAC codes and regulations- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces- Strong customer service and communication skills- Willingness to work on-call shifts and overtime as needed- Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting- EPA certification for handling refrigerants- Ability to work independently and as part of a teamCompensation details: 6 Yearly SalaryPI8422639103e8-294
