We're hiring a Real Estate Executive Assistant to support a top-producing real estate agent and help manage the daily execution that keeps the business running smoothly. You'll act as a liaison between the agent, clients, and industry partners while coordinating schedules, managing transactions, and assisting with property preparation, showings, and open houses. This is a hands-on hybrid role combining administrative coordination, field work, and operational organization "” not a desk-only position. The role requires attending showings and hosting open houses, so weekend availability is essential and a core part of the position. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate client and transaction records, managing timelines and communication, and helping ensure every listing and purchase is handled with precision and professionalism.
