Inspections, maintenance, and new install of fire extinguishers, fire alarms, wet & dry sprinkler systems, fire pumps, backflows, UL monitoring for fire alarms and security systems, hydrants, dampers, kitchen hood inspections, any and all suppression systems, exit and emergency lights, access control, CCTV etcJob DetailsPerform routine inspections, testing and services of life safety product linesHandle low voltage wiring and corresponding devices for the operation of low voltage equipmentResponsible for operating with minimal supervision while performing fire protection inspectionsDaily communications with Project Manager and/or Schedule Coordinator on inspection or project delays, requirements and general status of jobWork with Project Manager, Schedule Coordinator and Office Administrative Staff to ensure complete closeout and turnover of jobs to the client (Confirm that work is completed so it can be billed in full)Interested in hearing more?
