Earlier start and finish times available if preferred.In-office start and end at your assigned branch locationWhat You'll DoAs a Pool Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for keeping our customers' pools clean, safe, and functioning at their best. This includes:Pool Maintenance & Equipment CareService a daily route commercial poolsSkim, vacuum, brush, and clean pool surfaces and floorsTest and balance water chemistry (chlorine, pH, alkalinity, etc.)Maintain filters, pumps, baskets, and other basic equipmentInspect and confirm the function of pool equipment (heaters, lights, motors, etc.)Diagnose and perform minor repairs (bags, baskets, o-rings)Report major issues to your Supervisor and assist with troubleshootingCustomer Service & CommunicationGreet customers professionally and answer basic pool care questionsProvide updates on service performed and note any recommendationsEducate customers on basic maintenance practices to keep their pool in top conditionSafety & ComplianceFollow all safety protocols when handling chemicals and equipmentUse proper protective gear (goggles, gloves, etc.)Maintain compliance with company and industry standardsJoin Us!If you're ready to grow your skills, work with a supportive team, and keep pools in perfect shape, we'd love to hear from you.Apply today and dive into a career that makes a splash! xijylhu Requirements:What We're Looking ForMust-Haves:Previous experience in pool service for commercial accounts.Familiarity with commercial-grade equipment (large pumps, filters, heaters, controllers)Working knowledge of pool water chemistry (testing, balancing, common treatments)Understanding of pool circulation systems (pumps, filters, heaters, valves)Valid driver's license with authorization to operate a motor vehicleAbility to work outdoors in all weather conditionsPhysical ability to lift 50 lbs and perform repetitive movementNice-to-Haves:Experience maintaining multiple bodies of water at a single propertyKnowledge of health department regulations and inspection standardsAbility to identify and document compliance issuesExperience performing preventive maintenance in high-use pool environmentsCPO licensePIca45bfd843b
