Specific training will be provided.The employee must coordinate with end users, onsite technicians, and Xante Authorized Dealers to effectively resolve customer issues and complaints. Provide an excellent service experience by promptly and actively communicating with all customers. The technician must diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues. They must follow up with customer to make sure all customer expectations are exceeded. All information about customer inquiry must be documented in our CRM. Technician also conducts comprehensive training for the customers to properly and effectively operate out equipment during in-house classes and at customer's site during installations.Applicant RequirementsHigh School DiplomaExemplary Attendance and PunctualityExcellent written and oral communicationStrong work ethicAbility to multi-task and reprioritize throughout the dayMust be able to lift up to 75 poundsTravel is required.
