Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.A school psychologist is needed on a contract basis to provide comprehensive psychological services across early childhood, elementary, middle, and high school levels. This role supports students academic, social, emotional, and behavioral development within a school setting located in Manhattan, Kansas.Key Responsibilities:Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify student needsCollaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and intervention plansProvide counseling and support services to students at pre-school through high school levelsMonitor student progress and adjust strategies to promote positive outcomesFacilitate crisis intervention and behavior management support when necessaryParticipate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute professional insight regarding student well-beingDesired Qualifications and Experience:Valid school psychologist certification/license suitable for practice in KansasExperience working with students in early childhood, preschool, elementary, middle, and high school environmentsStrong skills in psychological assessment, data interpretation, and report writingAbility to work collaboratively with diverse school teams and familiesKnowledge of special education laws and best practices for interventionExcellent communication and organizational skillsLocation: Manhattan, KSThis contract position offers an opportunity to impact a diverse student population while applying psychological expertise in a supportive educational community. xijylhu If you have a passion for fostering student success and meet the qualifications outlined, please submit your application to be considered for this school psychologist role.
