As we continue to expand our partnerships with leading hospitals, we are excited to welcome a dedicated OB Laborist to join our team at one of our high-volume hospital sites in Los Angeles or Orange County. This unique opportunity offers schedule flexibility, a forward-thinking clinical environment, and the chance to be part of a rare and thriving private laborist group that's defining this new era in medicine.Position Overview:The OB Laborist will provide comprehensive, compassionate care to patients in the inpatient hospital setting. This role is essential in delivering consistent, quality care and responding to emergent OB/GYN needs, including patients presenting in Labor & Delivery.You'll be part of a collaborative, supportive team of physicians and subspecialists, including Perinatology and Urogynecology with access to full hospital resources and strong backup support.Key Responsibilities:Provide inpatient obstetrical care only (Separate GYN-ER panel), including triage, labor management, and deliveryRespond to emergencies in Labor & DeliveryCollaborate closely with hospital staff, including nurses, residents (if applicable), and consulting physiciansEnsure timely and thorough documentation in EMR systemsContribute to the continuity and quality of care for hospitalized OB/GYN patientsQualifications:Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and GynecologyActive California Medical License (or ability to obtain prior to start)Experience managing high-risk obstetrical patientsStrong clinical judgment and decision-making in fast-paced settingsExcellent communication xijylhu and interpersonal skillsCommitment to team-based, patient-centered careSchedule & Compensation:Shifts include weekday, weeknight and weekend coverageFlexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, or per diem available)Why Join Us?Be part of a growing, dynamic and rare Private OB/GYN Laborist group with a strong presence across Southern CaliforniaWork in  well-respected hospital(s) that serves a vibrant and diverse communityOpportunity to make a meaningful impact on maternal health outcomesSupportive leadership and a collaborative environmentRemote working/work at home options are available for this role.
