At AllCare Primary & Immediate Care, we believe in creating a work environment that prioritizes effective teamwork, structured processes, and a balanced schedule that allows you to excel clinically without burnout.Responsibilities:Provide exceptional primary care services to a predominantly adult patient populationConduct routine physical exams, including Pap smearsDiagnose and treat common medical conditions while following established protocols to maintain consistency and accuracy.Counsel patients on strategies to promote general wellness, offering clear and actionable guidance. xijylhu Manage urgent complaints that would be seen in a typical primary care clinicCollaborate well with an interdisciplinary care team to drive quality outcomesReview all labs and clinical documents in a timely mannerComplete charting in the electronic medical record within 72 hours of the encounterComfort seeing approximately 2-2.2 patients per hour on average, including walk-insUphold a high standard of professionalism in all interactions, creating a respectful and positive environment for patients and staff.RequirementsValid and unrestricted Medical License in the State of Georgia (GA)Board Certification, if applicableExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong dedication to providing compassionate patient careAbility to work effectively as part of a teamHours:3 weekdays per week (Monday through Friday): 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM1 weekend every other week: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
