The group embraces a team-based approach to care and includes a Psychiatrist, Psychologists, Clinical Social Workers and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners. The team also includes excellent support staff who can assist with everything from patient scheduling to insurance prior authorizations. In this role, you will enjoy the work of a mission-driven organization that values work-life balance in beautiful Spokane, Washington.Position Details:Flexible, Monday to Friday, provider-driven schedule, which can include a mix of in-clinic and telehealth appointmentsThere are no call requirementsOpportunities for interdisciplinary work and collaboration with various medical specialties (e.g., Oncology, Solid Organ Transplant, Cardiology, Neurology, Family Medicine)Compensation & Benefits:Compensation is between $112,320 to $181,064 per yearGenerous continuing education funds/hours.Benefits include health, vision, dental and retirementAs a non-profit organization, Providence qualifies for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program.The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position.
