This opportunity offers a contract position in the operating room specializing in Neuro cases with exposure to orthopedics, vascular, and cardiovascular procedures. The role demands a professional with solid technical expertise and the ability to adapt to varying shift start times within an 8-hour day schedule.Location:Located in Lakeville, MN, you will be working in a vibrant community known for its friendly atmosphere and accessibility to numerous outdoor recreational activities. The area boasts excellent amenities, parks, and family-friendly neighborhoods, offering a balanced lifestyle.Key Responsibilities:Provide Circulating Scrub Tech (CST) support primarily for Neuro surgeries, including Neuro call dutiesAssist with orthopedic cases including total joint replacements and traumaSupport peripheral vascular and cardiovascular surgeries as neededEnsure adherence to sterile technique and infection control policiesCollaborate closely with surgical teams to prepare and maintain OR environmentsFloat as needed within the OR to meet staffing requirementsWork assigned shifts with start times varying between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PMQualifications and Experience:Minimum 2+ years of recent perioperative experience with Neuro specialty focusProficient with Epic electronic health records and da Vinci surgical systemsDemonstrated competence in orthopedic trauma, total joint support, peripheral vascular, and cardiovascular cases preferredActive NBSTSA or NCCT certification required at application timeAbility to meet weekend and holiday staffing needs as requiredSchedule:40 hours per week8-hour shifts with variable start times (07:00, 09:00, 11:00, 13:00, 15:00)This contract role requires availability for limited return-to-office days, no greater than seven days total, offering a balance of on-site work without extensive mandatory office attendance.
