Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.A specialized nursing role is available within a 16-bed and 14-bed inpatient Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) and Oncology unit. This contract position offers the opportunity to apply advanced skills in BMT, stem cell therapy, chemotherapy administration, and clinical trials in a dynamic healthcare setting. The role requires flexibility to work 36 hours per week, typically structured as three 12-hour shifts with every other weekend on duty. Ratios generally range from 1:5 to 1:6, ensuring focused patient care, with the expectation to float to other units of similar acuity when needed.Qualifications / Desired Experience:Minimum of 2 years RN experience in Med Surg, telemetry, PCU, BMT, or inpatient oncologyAt least 1 year of travel nursing experienceMinimum 2 years BMT experienceEPIC EMR/charting proficiency requiredONS Chemo or ONCC Chemo-biotherapy certification mandatoryProven experience administering chemotherapyLocation:Situated in Hamilton, Ohio, this facility offers access to a supportive community with a blend of urban amenities and historic charm.
