You will be out at properties, vendors, printers, and the office daily "” ensuring everything is physically in place for listings, marketing, and events.This is an ideal role for someone dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing many small but important tasks that keep a real estate team running smoothly.ABOUT RISE HOMESRISE Homes is a boutique real estate team based in San Mateo specializing in high-coordination residential listings, including probate and trust sales.Our business manages multiple listings at once across the Bay Area, each requiring vendors, marketing, inspections, staging, and logistics. This role ensures the physical execution of those activities happens reliably and professionally.CORE RESPONSIBILITIESLISTING FIELD LOGISTICSInstall and remove lockboxes at listingsPick up and deliver keys between office, agents, and vendorsInstall and remove yard signs and directional signsDeliver and set out brochures and property materialsCheck listing readiness before milestones (photos, staging, showings)Verify property access for vendors and inspectorsCoordinate on-site logistics with the remote operations teamVENDOR & PROPERTY COORDINATION (ON-SITE)Meet painters, stagers, cleaners, photographers, and contractors at propertiesProvide access and confirm work scopeTake photos or notes of progress and report back to teamConfirm vendor completion and readinessPick up or return materials related to listing prepSupport staging install and removal logistics(You are the on-site presence ensuring work happens as planned.)MARKETING MATERIALS & PRINT COORDINATIONPick up brochures, flyers, postcards, and signage from printersAssemble brochure packets and marketing bookletsDeliver marketing materials to listings and officeMaintain inventory of signs, lockboxes, brochure boxes, and materialsPrepare open house materials and suppliesOrganize and restock marketing storage areasOFFICE OPERATIONS & PRESENTATIONKeep office clean, organized, and professionalOrganize marketing materials, supplies, and equipmentMaintain printer supplies and paper stockAssemble listing folders and presentation materialsPrepare materials for meetings and eventsEnsure office readiness for clients and visitorsLISTING & EVENT SUPPORTPrepare open house kits and materialsDeliver and pick up event suppliesAssist with setup for client or community eventsTransport materials between office and event locationsSupport outreach and marketing logisticsINVENTORY & EQUIPMENT MANAGEMENTTrack lockboxes, signs, keys, and marketing materialsMaintain organized storage systemsReport damaged or missing equipmentPrepare materials for new listingsEnsure supplies are stocked and readyTOOLS & SYSTEMSThis role uses basic operational tools for coordination and communication:Google Drive (checklists, addresses, instructions)Slack (team communication)Maps / navigation toolsPrinter & office equipmentInventory trackersPhone camera for property updatesYou will coordinate daily with the remote Executive Assistant and agents. xijylhu REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSValid driver's license and reliable vehicleComfortable driving throughout the Bay AreaHighly dependable and punctualOrganized and detail-orientedComfortable handling many small tasks dailyProfessional and respectful with vendors and clientsAble to lift and transport boxes and materialsIDEAL TRAITSTakes pride in organized, clean environmentsNotices details others missFollows instructions preciselySelf-directed once given tasksCalm and reliable under deadlinesEnjoys hands-on work and movementWORK STRUCTUREFull-timeBased in San Mateo officeDaily travel to listings and vendors across Bay AreaCombination of office and field workSome weekend availability for listing needsSUCCESS IN THIS ROLE LOOKS LIKEListings always have signs, lockboxes, and materials readyVendors have smooth property accessMarketing materials are stocked and preparedOffice remains clean and organizedEvents and open houses are prepared smoothlyAgents never worry about physical logisticsROLE RELATIONSHIPThis role works closely with:Founder & agentsRemote Executive Assistant / Operations CoordinatorVendors and contractorsPrinters and marketing suppliersYou are the physical execution partner to the remote operations lead.
