This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, juggling schedules, documentation, materials, and cross-department communication.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Project Managers with scheduling, material coordination, fabrication tracking, and project close-outAssist with project documentation, submittals, change orders, and status updatesCoordinate internally with Estimating, Drafting, Shop, and Field teamsAttend and document internal project meetings and track action itemsRetrieve and organize project files and documentationPerform additional project support tasks as assignedRequirements xijylhu 3+ years' experience in the construction industry in a similar support roleExperience with architectural glass, faí§ade systems, curtain wall, storefront, or building envelope tradesAbility to read blueprints and shop drawingsExperience with AutoCAD and/or draftingProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Experience with project management software and BluebeamStrong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
