You'll come in as the lead salesperson, close deals using company-provided leads, and build out a full sales team as the division grows. You'll have the resources of an established company behind you "” including marketing support, lead generation, and operational infrastructure "” with the upside of an entrepreneurial role.After 12 to 24 months of proven performance, you'll have the opportunity to earn an ownership stake in the roofing division.
