This role is critical to ensure jobs are executed efficiently, documented properly, and communicated clearly between homeowners, sales staff, crews, and internal teams.The ideal candidate has in-depth shingle and metal roofing knowledge, is organized, professional, problem solving, outspoken, and comfortable managing active job sites while serving as the primary on-site point of contact.ResponsibilitiesOversee roofing projects on-site to ensure work is completed according to scope, quality standards, and timelines.Forward plan based on the week's build schedule you receive with the information and documentation provided by company sales reps.Communicate specific project details, updates, and issues with sales representatives and internal staff.Serve as the on-site point of contact for homeowners, addressing questions and concerns professionally.Photo document build progress and capture required documentation using company-provided software.Ensure crews have the information needed to complete work correctly and efficiently.Maintain accurate and timely project documentation.Check supply drops and ensure deliveries match orders.Pickup/ return miscellaneous material to local distributors.QualificationsFluent in English (spoken and written)Minimum 1 year of roofing project management experienceValid driver's licenseReliable personal pickup truckAbility to pull a small trailer if needed Ability to clearly communicate project details with sales staffComfortable using mobile software applications for photo documentation and reportingProfessional and confident when speaking directly with homeownersWillingness to travel when needed, sometimes for periods of up to a few weeksNecessary SkillsStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to problem-solve in a xijylhu fast-paced, field-based environmentAbility to effectively supervise Confidence to correct crew deficiencies Confidence to identify/ diagnose roofing related issuesWhat We OfferSteady work with a growing roofing companyCompany-provided software and systems Supportive team environment Clear and concise role responsibilities backed by company invested tools to streamline your workflowOpportunity for advancement based on performanceHow to ApplySubmit the following to :Your resumeA written short summary of your experience A written reason you would be a good fit for this role
