This role ensures inventory accuracy, storage integrity, and disciplined transaction execution across receiving, production, and shipping operations.The position serves as the enterprise champion for ERP accuracy, inventory controls, cycle counting, and standardized warehouse processes, while driving continuous improvement through data"‘driven reporting and cross"‘functional collaboration. Job Core ResponsibilitiesInventory Accuracy & ControlOwn and govern enterprise"‘wide inventory accuracy across all sites, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and financial controls.Establish, maintain, and continuously improve inventory control policies, procedures, and work instructions.Ensure accurate and timely inventory transactions at all inventory touchpoints, including:ReceivingProduction consumption and reportingInter"‘site transfersShipping and customer fulfillmentPartner with Finance and Purchasing to support accurate inventory valuation, audits, and physical inventory processes.Cycle Counting & Physical InventoryDesign, implement, and manage a robust cycle count program across all locations.Define cycle count strategies (ABC classification, frequency, tolerances, root"‘cause analysis).Lead reconciliation and corrective action processes to address inventory discrepancies.Ensure consistent execution and accountability at each site.Warehouse & Storage ManagementProvide functional leadership for warehouse operations, focusing on:Storage integrity and location accuracyMaterial handling best practicesFIFO/lot control complianceSpace utilization and layout optimizationStandardize warehouse processes across sites while allowing for operational flexibility where required.ERP & Systems LeadershipAct as the corporate champion for ERP inventory and materials modules.Ensure master data accuracy (items, BOMs, routings, locations, units of measure).Partner with IT, Operations, and Finance on system enhancements, upgrades, and issue resolution related to inventory and materials management.Train and coach site teams on proper ERP usage and transaction discipline.Reporting & AnalyticsDevelop and maintain standardized inventory and materials reporting across all sites.Monitor and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs), including but not limited to:Inventory accuracyInventory turnsObsolescence and excess inventoryCycle count performanceTransaction error ratesProvide actionable insights to leadership to support decision"‘making and continuous improvement.Continuous Improvement & Process ExcellenceLead and support continuous improvement initiatives related to materials flow, inventory control, and warehouse operations.Identify systemic issues and drive root"‘cause corrective actions.Support lean manufacturing, operational excellence, and cost"‘reduction initiatives.Share best practices across locations and ensure consistent execution.Cross"‘Functional CollaborationPartner closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, and IT teams.Support new product introductions, engineering changes, and capacity expansions from an inventory and materials perspective.Serve as a subject"‘matter expert during audits, system implementations, and operational reviews.  Education & Experience: bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.7+ years of progressive experience in inventory management, materials management, or warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment.Demonstrated experience supporting multi"‘site operations.Strong ERP experience with hands"‘on responsibility for inventory transactions and controls.Proven ability to design and sustain cycle count and inventory accuracy programs.Strong analytical, problem"‘solving, and process"‘improvement skills.PreferredExperience in metals, industrial manufacturing, or heavy manufacturing environments.Lean, Six Sigma,
