Claims Analyst One of our top clients is looking for a Claims Analyst to oversee a broad range of property and casualty matters, including general liability, auto incidents, workers' compensation, EPLI, property losses, and inland marine issues. This position works closely with teams across the company"”Legal, HR, Safety, Risk, and division leadership"”to support efficient case handling and mitigate organizational exposure.Submit your CV and any additional required information after you have read this description by clicking on the application button.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee multi-line claims across various states, review policy terms, analyze liability, make coverage recommendations, and coordinate with external counsel on litigation strategy and potential resolutions.Submit new claims to insurers, monitor adjuster activity, recommend reserve changes, and prepare regular financial updates on claim-related spending.Manage the Return"‘to"‘Work process in collaboration with HR and Safety, advise on settlement approaches, and elevate complex files when additional support is needed.Conduct internal reviews of questionable claims and prepare summary reports outlining findings and next steps.Handle subpoena responses, discovery requests, and other documentation required for defending claims or related civil actions.Track incident trends, prepare reporting for senior leadership and the Board, and identify training needs aimed at reducing future risk.Maintain organized claim records in alignment with state and federal retention rules.QualificationsBachelor's degree in business or a related field, or comparable experience and training.At least 5 years of relevant claims experience; background in the construction sector is a plus.Familiarity with RMIS tools such as RiskConnect or Origami Risk.Strong Microsoft Office skills and comfort navigating various software platforms.Ability to manage shifting priorities, remain calm under pressure, and communicate clearly in both written and verbal formats. xijylhu Professional interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization.
