Manager to work in our Los Angeles, CA corporate office. This position is crucial to the success of our I.T. infrastructure while successfully having the ability to multi-task different projects. The ideal candidate would have past MSP experience or significant understanding working in an office environment to support daily trouble tickets while also upgrading and implementing new technology to progress the network infrastructure.Job Responsibilities1. Manages daily interaction and resolution of Network and local desktop related issues with employees from different offices.2. Asses cybersecurity, vulnerability management, patching, phishing and social engineering testing and remediation efforts.3. Responsible to handle external I.T. audit and compliance questions as required by regulatory agencies.4. Complete interaction with third party software and phone vendors to review and insure the latest I.T. infrastructure including hardware, software and implement new technology to keep a secure infrastructures as required.Job Requirements1. Strong technical background to understand and handle daily technical issues as well making certain the reliability of the system.2. Excellent communication and problem solving skills.3. Ability to handle multiple project and communicate with vendors to insure updated systems and technology is in place.4.
