With licensing across most U.S. states, they deliver high-volume construction programs for nationally recognized brands. They are seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, with a strong focus on retail and grocery construction environments.Responsibilities:Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously, including retail remodels, tenant improvements, and ground-up constructionLead project execution from preconstruction through closeout, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and client coordinationDevelop and maintain detailed project schedules (MS Project or similar) and ensure milestones are achievedOversee subcontractor procurement, bid leveling, scope review, and buyout processesMonitor project budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, and job costing to ensure projects are delivered on or under budgetCoordinate closely with Superintendents and field teams to ensure successful project executionLead project meetings with clients, subcontractors, and internal teamsManage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentationCoordinate material procurement, equipment delivery, and logistics to maintain project schedulesEnsure compliance with safety standards, quality control processes, and contract requirementsBuild and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycleMentor and support junior staff as neededQualifications:3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial constructionExperience managing retail and/or grocery construction projects (e.g., Walmart, Sam's Club, Food Lion, or similar environments)Experience with open-store remodels, phased xijylhu construction, or fast-track project delivery is strongly preferredDemonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projectsProficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, MS Project, or similar toolsStrong understanding of project financials, budgeting, forecasting, and cost controlAbility to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contractsCompensation:Base salary in the 84k - 114k/year range401k with company matchCompany truck or vehicle allowanceFuel cardCell phone reimbursementHealth, dental, and vision insuranceLife insurance
