(PSI) has an immediate need for a Senior Project Manager to sit out of our HQ in Canton, GA.The SPM will focus on Retail construction projects ranging from $500k - $10M.Responsibilities Take full ownership and accountability of your Retail Construction projects and manage them from end to endOwn the project budget from precon to completion while maintaining PSI's financial systems (PSI uses Acumatica)Align workforce with project needs while overseeing reporting and documentationMaintain clear and professional communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teamsRepresent PSI's core values in every interaction with clients, subcontractors, vendors, partners, and internal teamsQualifications7-10+ years of experience as a PM for a Commercial Construction General ContractorBachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a similar disciplineProven experience running $1-10M Commercial Construction projects for Retail xijylhu clientsProven experience with construction software like Procore, Fieldwire, MS Project, and other project management toolsWillingness to travel up to 25% as needed (client visits, milestones, etc.)As an EEO employer, Place Services, Inc. is committed to providing all applicants and employees with equal access to employment opportunities, regardless of sex, race, age, color, national origin, disability, pregnancy, religion, marital status, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.
